Cardiff Students Union
JGR Training has been supporting staff members at the Cardiff Students Union for the past 15 years.
Cardiff Students’ Union are a consistently excellent employer who are very committed to developing their staff and actively promote ILM Qualifications within their workplace. They continuously support and encourage their learners throughout their course, allowing time to encourage time to complete their work within the working day and providing extra study time if needed, and communicate with the Assessor on a regular basis.
The Managers are involved in the delivery of qualifications and are therefore well placed to support and develop their staff, which helps them with promotions when these become available.
CSU also offer apprentices different pathways and opportunities to progress, and the apprentices success rate has been high with the majority of apprentices progressing to higher levels.
As well as delivering the Apprenticeship Scheme, the CSU has also encouraged existing staff members to undertake professional development.
JGR Training has built a positive relationship with the Cardiff Students’ Union and we look forward to supporting all their learners.
