Consumer Services Executive

Based in Bridgend – 37.5 hours per week – however is very negotiable (We are very open to Flexible hour for example 9am-3pm for people looking for more family friendly hours, Part time 3 Days a Week etc.)
Salary – £22,308K Pro Rata + Monthly Bonus

Responsibilities
Assisting in the Day to Day operations of the department by ensuring timely completion of the allocated duties including:
· Processing Daily web orders and sample requests
· Answering calls, Emails and letters from General public relating to questions, queries, orders or complaints
· Taking manual orders / refunds over the phone
· Maintain QA spreadsheets
· Assist in Maintaining company Website – adjusting product information, imagery, adding new lines and monitoring reviews
Assist in Monitoring and managing customer reviews on online platforms

£22,308 per annum plus bonus of £150 – £200 per month

Covering a maternity contract of 12 months
