Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are seeking to appoint an Administrator to support our client’s team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the service and maintaining a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Referral Administration:
- Act as a central point of contact for referrals
- Respond to initial enquiries regarding potential referrals.
- Receive, record, and manage referrals securely and efficiently.
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with referrals, including preparing letters, expenditure requests, and ordering equipment.
- Maintain procedures for signposting and onward referrals to third-sector organisations, following sound information-sharing protocols.
- Maintain monitoring systems to track and improve outcomes and service user experience.
- Provide regular data and progress reports to management.
General Administration:
- Take minutes at identified meetings.
- Provide reception cover during staff absence.
- Assist with room bookings and set-up.
- Support daily housekeeping tasks.
- Provide data entry support to senior staff to ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System is up to date.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with service users and colleagues professionally.
- Experience with data entry, report preparation, and general office duties preferred.
Location: Neath
Hours: 21 hours per week (preferably Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Contract Duration: Until 31st March 2026
