Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for a Sales Development Coordinator for a well established family owned company, based north of Bridgend just 5 minutes off junction 36 of M4.
Salary: £23 – £24 k per annum plus commission

Hours: 34 hours per week, 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch finish at 4pm on a friday
Probation period: 3 months
Holidays: 21 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with and Sales Director to help achieve sales to new and existing accounts
- Contacting existing and new customers, cold calling
- Take ownership of portable tracking accounts and sales
- Social media updates
- Data Input and record keeping
- Provide high levels of customer care, escalating any problems that arise
- Must be experienced in cold calling and comfortable with it.
- Ability to work on own initiative and essential to be a team member.
knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Previously worked in a business-to-business sales environment
- Knowledge of Sage accounting package
- Some previous sales experience is essential
- Interpersonal skills, especially building rapport and relationships
- Outgoing and enjoys relating to others
- Proactive
- Personal confidence, professional and self-belief
- Comes up with ideas for improvement
