Learner of the Season – Spring 2020
We would like to award the Learner of the Season to Shauna Hitchings at CGI, Bridgend.
Shauna has made excellent progress in her course. It has been an extremely trying time for everyone in light of the Covid- 19 emergency but Shauna has kept all of our scheduled calls, has always been engaging and enthusiastic. If Shauna is stuck or doesn’t understand something she always contacts me and we work through the issue until she feels confident in completing it on her own. I have seen Shauna’s confidence and ability go from strength to strength since becoming her Assessor at Christmas time.
Shauna has had the added stress of working from home with a house that is undergoing renovations.
Shauna will be starting her maternity leave soon so I would like to wish her Congratulations on being our learner of the season and the very best of luck for her Maternity leave.
