Megan Edwards from Llangatwg Community School has recently spent a week on work experience at JGR Group. Megan was introduced to the world of Recruitment and Training and has gained first-hand experience of the sectors that JGR Group recruit and train within – commercial, technical, engineering and education. Megan also spent time with our payroll and accounts department often referred to as the ‘back office function” but maybe better described as the ‘backbone’ of our business, playing such a vital role.
We are always pleased at JGR Group to work within our local communities and we were delighted to hear from Megan that she had changed her thoughts on what she might like to do in the future. Megan added that she had enjoyed her time within our offices at Bridgend and Neath, gaining important experience in the world of work. Well done Megan and thank you for your help!
