Job Summary
This is an office-based sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and play a key part in the sales process. You’ll support the external sales team, manage CRM records, and help build strong, lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications (phone and email)
- Enter and follow up sample requests, quotations, and sales orders in CRM
- Maintain accurate customer data and call logs
- Introduce new products and help generate new business via cold calls
- Book appointments and support the external sales team
- Attend occasional trade shows
- Handle admin duties related to customer complaints, budgets, and order delays
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in internal sales or customer service (B2B environment preferred)
- Confident phone manner and clear written communication
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- Team player with a professional, helpful attitude
Salary : £27,000.00 per year
