Q: Am I entitled to holiday pay?

YES! Temporary workers are entitled to the equivalent of 5.6 weeks per annum, inclusive of bank holidays.

Q: How often do I get paid?

Every Friday (a week in arrears). You will be paid directly into your bank account.

Q: What happens if I am off sick?

All workers are entitled to claim Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). Under this rule, you will receive SSP from the fourth day of sickness. Please click here to download an SSP form which needs to be completed and sent to us as soon as possible.

Q: Do students have to pay tax?
