Internal Product Advisor

Job Summary

This is an office-based sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and play a key part in the sales process. You’ll support the external sales team, manage CRM records, and help build strong, lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications (phone and email)
  • Enter and follow up sample requests, quotations, and sales orders in CRM
  • Maintain accurate customer data and call logs
  • Introduce new products and help generate new business via cold calls
  • Book appointments and support the external sales team
  • Attend occasional trade shows
  • Handle admin duties related to customer complaints, budgets, and order delays

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in internal sales or customer service (B2B environment preferred)
  • Confident phone manner and clear written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
  • Team player with a professional, helpful attitude

Salary : £27,000.00 per year
