Here is a small selection of testimonials from our Clients.
Over the last 5 years our organisation has used JGR for our apprenticeship courses. I first did mine after receiving an email to inform me about opportunities they had for Welsh Government/ESF funding. I was pleased to see that this could be completed and supported by JGR Work Based Learning Assessors. They were quick to respond to my interest and met with me to look at the best course available to suit my role. After enrolling, they were very supportive and really helped to give me a push when needed to get me through. My Assessor Trudy was always available when I needed help or support and really gave me confidence in the work I was doing. Uploading my work to the online portal was easy and I found that I could see feedback on my work in between appointments, which helped with my progress. As a result, I completed my ILM 5 in good time. I had such a good service from JGR that I have recommended them to my colleagues who have now gone on to complete theirs.

The National Assembly for Wales have worked with JGR Training for the past two apprenticeship schemes. It has been a privilege for the Assembly to work in partnership with JGR Training, and we have provided amazing opportunities within our organisation and to the young people of Wales. JGR Training continually go above and beyond to accommodate individual’s learning needs and ensure that every apprentice receives a fully bespoke programme of learning. By working together we have been able to fully support every apprentice and successfully meet business needs throughout the Assembly. Long may it continue.

The practice has received excellent support from JGR Training during the past year which has enabled our receptionist team to achieve an NVQ 2 in customer service, which importantly was aligned to the healthcare sector. This was a key requirement of the Practice, and one which JGR Training proved more than capable of delivering. They are now working with us to train a new member of the Reception team in addition to supporting a member of the admin team to achieve an NVQ 2 in Business Admin. I have found JGR Training, and in particular Trudy Perry, Training Assessor, to be very attuned to the educational needs of the Admin and Reception teams, and I look forward to the support in delivering the future training needs of the non clinical staff at the Practice.
