An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator working for a company in Pyle. In this role you will provide a wide range of administrative support within the Office.
Responsibilities will include arranging reinstatement with our Contractors following our Off-Site works, raising Street Works Notices and Section 50 Licenses, liaising with Local Authorities, updating Excel spreadsheets and our In-House database. Assist with purchasing, answering the phone, photocopying and filing. You will also undertake general ‘team’ administrative duties as and when required.
Experience of Microsoft packages, good verbal and written communication would be an advantage in providing exceptional administration support, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident working in both a busy team environment and on their own initiative.
The role also includes covering other Administrators within the office – full training will be given.
Starting Salary – £22,385.00 Permanent

Week 1 8am – 4pm
Week 2 9am – 5pm
