Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a client in the Bridgend area. HR Experience is a must! This is a temporary position and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Candidate duties:
Working as part of the HR Team.
Demonstrates a good sense of priorities, structures workload effectively and delivers consistently good results
Attention to detail across all aspects of the role
Great interpersonal skills; ability to build great working relationships quickly
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong administration skills
Numerate and literate
Good organisation skills
Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
Uses their own initiative to work with minimal guidance
Flexible & adaptable to the changing requirements of the business
Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn and use business specific applications
Working Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
Contract length: 2 months
£12.21 – £13.00 per hour
